Ok, my suggestions, so you can ignore them if you like.:grin1:
Get the user to remove any AMD software (like CCC) and only have the drivers installed.
Try version 13.1, it seems to be the most stable for the R9's. Available from HERE.
About the odd crash dumps I would probably get them to run the following command as Administrator:

wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 2
[/CODE]
Then double check the registry, by asking for a screen shot of:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl]
I see that you asked in post #25 for the user to set the crash type, in your thread, but I prefer to see screen shots when weird stuff happens.
