[SOLVED] Update Error 0x80242008 while installing 23H2 (repair version)

I want to mention that when I try running an sfc scan I get the following error:

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

When I run the DISM command, I get the following error:
Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Regardless of this, I have still uploaded the necessary files since they may still be of some use. It would be greatly appreciated if someone can help me with this. Thanks in advance!

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

I was able to get the SFCFix to work, but the dism command is stuck at 52%. Should I wait or should I try rerunning the command? I ran the command as soon as you responded (about 30 minutes ago).
