Update problem on Windows Server 2019 (error code 0x800f0988)

Hello everyone
I have a physical server running Windows Server 201 Standard (OS version: 17763.1728).
I can no longer install certain major updates, this gives me an error 0x800f0988 each time.
I tried the sfc command, the windows update reset, the dism commands, it didn't change anything.
Attached you will find the report from ComponentsScanner. I also accepted the upload of my hive to sysnative

What should I do to get my server working again?
