Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST)

• Download FRST or FRST x64 and save it to the Desktop.
  (Please pick the version that matches your operating system's bit type. If you don't know which version matches your system, try FRST if it say that is not compatible with your OS you have to use FRST64)
• Execute FRST/FRST64 right click on the icon
  
  and choose Run as Administrator. Make sure all other windows are closed.
  (When the Tool opens for the first time you must click Yes on the disclaimer.)
  
  
• Press Scan button.
• It will produce a log called (FRST.txt) in the same directory the Tool is run from.
• The first time the Tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt).
• Please attach both logs to your post.

Note: If FRST interface isn't in English please close it and rename the file to EnglishFRST.exe or EnglishFRST64.exe before doing the scan, to get logs in English.

I think you should remove anything from the system that is related with security, encryption or that adds special drivers to the system, etc. like those:
- AI Suite II
- Cheat Engine 7.0
- Dual-Core Optimizer
- Pulse Secure Host Checker
- Pulse Secure Setup Client
- Pulse Secure Setup Client
- Pulse Secure Terminal Services
- Pulse Secure Terminal Services
- ViGEm Bus Driver
- X-Rite Device Services Manager
- DAEMON Tools Lite

Disabling some of them from start isn't enough.

Origin Web Helper Service is generating errors! you may want to set the service to Manual instead of Auto...

I have already removed the following as best as i could - Pulse Secure, AI Suite II and Daemon Tools. DT was especially problematic as that came from Win7, and the installer isn't even starting on Win10. Unfortunately, some pieces of them still remains in registry and I not sure how to remove those. Vigem and X-Rite I have added after 2-3 weeks of failed upgrade attempts. Cheat Engine doesn't install service or a driver (as far as i know). Also, up until last week all of my non-MS services were disabled, but funny enough MS engineer re-enabled them for some reason.

Also, I'm not sure if any of those programs can affect the Safe OS stage.

EasyAntiCheat is completely different from Cheat Engine :) Just removed it. Anything else ? Also, if you know to remove remainders of Pulse Sescure and DT, that would be great.

No, it's not part of Domain, but I've configured some GPO to make my life easier. This is mostly related to Edge and Windows Update. Nothing major.

Upd - Also, couldn't find Dual Core optimizer anywhere except Program Files folder, so not sure how uninstall it.

Socks, really ? No idea where that comes from. DT is still in list of "Add/Remove programs", but with grey "Uninstall" button. No idea about Pulse, you mentioned it above :)
