From your MSinfo32 file I saw you are using cmedia CMI8788.
It seems there aren't drivers for Win8.1/10, hence I'd try the Win8: CMedia.com - Product Download (CMI8788).
I've also seen you should have a (BIG) memory.dmp in c:\windows, I don't know if it can be useful in this case, but you could upload it here (using services like MS skydrive/OneDrive, googledrive, and so forth).
