Ah, okay. The ones I posted will be the same as the ones you had when you originally posted the file collection, in that case. The beta drivers are the same version number, but I should have noticed your DXDiag reports "Driver Attributes: Final Retail". If you installed the W10 drivers without first doing a clean uninstall of the W7 drivers, it's possible (but unlikely) that a clean re-install could correct the issue for you.
Out of curiosity, are you using any of the audio inputs on the card, or only the outputs? All of the entries for the card run under the same driver, I'm not sure if it would be possible to determine if an individual component was the source from a dump file. I'm grasping at straws here, but if you're not using the sound capturing functionality, you could try disabling the different components from the Recording portion of the Sound control panel.
