Have you tried completely removing the IRST driver and the software for it? It should be listed in Device Manager. Make sure you create a proper backup of everything on your computer before removal; when you've removed the driver, reboot the computer and the default Microsoft version of the driver should be automatically installed by Windows.
Do you know if your using RAID?
