[SOLVED] VGA on Computer to HDMI monitor adapter

Are their devices that I hook up to my computer's VGA port and then plug it into my HDMI monitor? The only ones I can find say that they are not bidirectional. I am not sure what to get for this setup.

I do have a DisplayPort on my computer so maybe that would be easier to use the DisplayPort(computer) to my monitor which is only HDMI.

Any ideas?
 
I was looking at that first one you sent me to on Amazon and it says:
"Not Bidirectional: Only from HDMI to VGA, NOT VGA to HDMI; easily connect HDMI devices with VGA compatible monitor"

So, my computer has a VGA port. My monitor/TV is HDMI. My monitor/TV has a VGA port but we only get a blue screen on the monitor so we think that the VGA port on the TV is not working and that's why we need to connect it with a HDMI.

Why is this so hard?
