Q: A brief description of your problem (but you can also include the steps you tried)
A: When i'm playing a games, my main monitor (Xiaomi G34WQi) and main laptop monitor is flashing and turn into blank screen, then the laptop monitor is turn back on and pop up of "Unsupported Graphics Card" or something is popped up.
I've encountered this issue last year and still consist until now, sometimes the issue doesn't happen, but sometimes it happens. If the Unsupported graphics card is popped up, when i try to the device manager and click "Scan for Hardware Changes" it immediately trigger BSOD with error code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.

I've tried everything i found on the internet to fix this issue like uninstall with DDU, underclock the GPU, installing the newest and even oldest graphics version before this problem occur, it doesn't change anything, the problem still occur and it's annoying. My games is very likely a light game. The game is All Hoyoverse Games except Tears of Themis, Wuthering Waves, Girls Frontline 2 Exilium, Back 4 Blood. I've never play any AAA games, my graphics settings on the game is also medium to low and i play on 1920x1080 windowed mode even my display is 2K.

I've also tried to ask the NVIDIA Driver Support the support said
"
I looked at the mini-dmp file you shared. The dmp file shows error:

0x113_19_nvlddmkm!unknown_function

This error code means the notebook tried to send a device removal request on a GPU that doesn’t support surprise removal.
"

after the support replied, i replied about the solution but never got any reply after that.

Hi!

From an elevated command prompt, launch the following command and post its result: sc query state=all type=all |findstr /i /c:"sema"

Download the chipset drivers (2021/11/03, 10.1.34.8) and IO Drivers (2022/09/12, 30.100.2104.1)
From safe mode, uninstall the chipset drivers and install the newer version.
The same for io drivers.

That is the result of command that you give me.

For the download chipset part, where do i find the newest one? in my support driver for my laptop was the old one i think, because i never received any upgrade again.

Did the aftermarket RAM module come with the laptop or did you install it yourself? I would recommend removing it while troubleshooting.

I would also recommend reinstalling the chipset driver from the vendor to start.

Let's see how semav6msr64 is configured:
Code:
sc qc semav6msr64
sc queryex semav6msr64

You also have several error messages in the event log (system) from disk and ntfs:
Read More:

It seems you ran chkdsk the 8th December 2024, but the disk errors are still present after that date.
You should backup your important files on that disk.
If you don't already have one, get a USB pendrive (at least 1GB in size) and use the recovery media creator (type recoverydrive in windows start OR in control panel search) to create a recovery drive.
Or create a recovery drive (and also make a backup) from third party tools like hasleo backup suite (complete and free backup solution) or macrium reflect, or your preferred software of this kind, free or paid (free versions have got less functions compared to pro versions).
Then, you can proceed to check and run the fixes for the entire disk, i.e. all partitions and/or volumes, even the hidden ones.

Okay i have just tried steps you given, such as removing my aftermarket RAM (SK Hynix), re-installing my Intel Chipset and I/O Driver, and Fixing my corrupted files using CHKDSK and SFC. I'm giving any update with the new SysnaptiveFileCollectionFile if the blue screen occurs again. Thank you for responding to my problem.

Sorry didn't read this new reply because i'm just finished with my first step of troubleshoot. This is the result of the code you have given:

Given in link because something popped up and said "cannot upload image due to security or whatever it is"

It seems you are using nvidia "Driver Version: 32.0.15.5599", i.e. nvidia (game ready or studio) driver 555.99, Release Date: Tue Jun 04, 2024.
Try the version provided by acer (acer support for your laptop): VGA Driver (RTX 3060), 2022/09/12, 30.0.15.1274.
