[SOLVED] W10 - 22H2 / Can't load drivers and some updates failing. Suspect Driver store corruption and Windows Update 0x800703f1

Hi, recently an important station for astronomical research quit allowing updates and drivers to be applied. Of course I have travelled over a thousand miles to update the hardware and can't load the driver to finish the project.

Researching lead me to the normal repair commands but I have run DISM and SFC and shared the results below.
I see that often this is due to the Drivers Reg component failing. When I try to install any drivers outside of windows update, I get File not found messages or Corruption in driver registry messages.

I have attached my CBS log and also the Drivers file and I hope you can help me sort this out. Thanks so much!

With the help of this Post, How to repair corrupt or dirty registry hive files - 0x800703f1 - ERROR_BADDB / error 0xc000014c
I was able to fix the drivers file and correct the invalid sequence number. I then put the file back and was able to start installing drivers and patches again.
