I didn't think the problem was the latency shown in latencymon.
Did the real problem, i.e. stuttering and cracks/pops, disappear?

With videos, on say YouTube, very little, but still once in a while.
Games (so far) are clean. i haven't heard a crackle nor has the video stuttered in games I have tested.

I mention Latencymon, due to those drivers popping up, when it did/does stutter.
