update : disabling my antivirus and reinstalling the game did the trick ! finally! so now I only have to make it to an exeption from my antivirus and it should be gone ! thanks

I am not sure if the other problems are gone since they come randomly but for now I don't saw any problems

ok so now the appcrash/bex problem is everytime coming back the second I enable avast again.... but when I diable it it dissapears (same with avg )... is there any way to fix it without to disable my antivirus everytime I the problem happens?

Add the file to Avast's exclusion list.

yes but I literally can't put nearly every installer or file I have to the exception list... you know what I mean right? there should be a "simpler" method to that without doing that....

That sounds like a bigger issue. You might have got malware on your system.

Is the game pirated?

nope it isn't and I just freshly installed windows 7...and it can't be as soon as I try to execute something there's this appcrash/bex issue preventing me from opening a exe or worse randomly popping up.... but as soon as I have deactivate avast its fine for example by trying to install dropbox I got this :

do you mean add it to exception or completely setting it off ? if you mean add it to an exception that would only create the appcrash version of it and also not every program can run without DEP and if you mean completely setting it off it would only create the appcrash version of it. but wait I try and give you feedback.

as an alternative way of helping... would it help that I give you a dump file that you can go see what the problem is exactly or will it result to nothing postitive?

You can, but I doubt it will help. What did you test the RAM and the HDD with?

so here is the link if you want any dump file like from explorer.exe ( cause I think that the explorer.exe could eventually be easier to dig from...) just say the word. and I tested my ram with the windows ram tester and my ssd and my 2 hdd with samsung/seagate.

Test your RAM with Memtest, please. 8 passes per stick, one stick at a time. It takes a long time to complete, so it's best if left overnight. MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

No, I decided you should try that because I'm suspicious that there's something wrong with the Win7 install you're using. Besides, you wouldn't lose anything. All your files would remain intact.
