Try a (partial) clean boot (only antivirus entries enabled - otherwise in a "total clean boot" you should disable everything):

- Start, searchbox, type msconfig, press enter
- Msconfig Services tab --> hide all Microsoft services and disable the remaining services, except the antivirus one(s)
- Msconfig Startup tab --> disable everything except the antivirus
- Click ok, reboot, and see if the problem disappeared

And did you also restore the services and startup entries in msconfig?
If you didn't, try it: you could find the program that causes the BEX/stackhash errors.

"BEX" refers to an issue with security. I can't be any more specific than that.
Please run the following command at a CMD screen:
>>0 & start notepad 0[/PLAIN][/CODE]
It takes <20 seconds to run. A notepad will open upon completion.
