About a week ago, I was helping a customer with a problem where the top half of their Acrobat window, when maximized, would not render the tabs, and only the bottom half of the toolbar.  The titlebar looked okay.  When trying to interact with the affected areas, and including the titlebar that appeared to be okay, it was really interacting with whatever is behind the window.  I was able to utilize the bottom half of the toolbar buttons, but trying to click above the bottom half (where the toolbar icons were "cropped" per se), would have no effect.  This problem was only in Acrobat, and I was thinking this problem was indigenous to Acrobat.  I considered updating the video driver but nixed that off the list since only Acrobat was affected.  However, I updated the video drivers and that problem went away.  This was on a Dell workstation with an Intel iGPU.

So, while reading through this thread, I was going to suggest updating the video driver and someone already suggested that.  Glad you got your problem fixed.
