Widows Server 2019 Standard can't install updates 0x800703f1

Hello!

I have Widows Server 2019 Standard where I cannot install updates. I get 0x800f081f error (updates are installing and rolling back after restart).
I tried to do it myself, based on the previous thread, but without success
Could you please help me fix this?

databases is corrupt -
reg load HKLM\DRIVERS c:\windows\system32\config\drivers
reg load HKLM\DRIVERS c:\windows\system32\config\components
