Please do the following

Please browse to the location C:\Windows\winsxs.

Within the winsxs folder, Confirm if there is a sub folder called winsxs and if there is anything in it.

Hi, I don't have a subfolder called winsxs. There are the subfolders called amd64, msil, wow64 and x86
