Win 10 not updating - Error c000012f in CBS.log

Hello!

Please help.

My Win 10 is unable to update anymore.

I have tried below methods but am now stuck:
FIX DISM Source Files Could not be Found Windows 10/8

C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

CBS log points to this error:
