Win Server 2019 Terminal mismatch LServer_PKConfig.xml & tls_branding_config.xml.

Hi I have problem with our terminal server I always have corrupted file when i check SFC and even if SFC tool reapired this files and show all integity was great after restart server problem return in many CBS logs i saw problem with mismatch LServer_PKConfig.xml & tls_branding_config.xml.

Please help me.
