Win10 - The configuration registry database is corrupt,

cannot update anything from because until i update windows to 22h2 nothing will update,i tried dism and sfc nothing works it says registry database is corrupt and i dont want to go to extreme option also i have tried to download media creation too to upgrade or direct manual update but nothing works after some point it says cannot update reverting back changes
