Ok, i renamed the AMD Overdrive. I cant find the other 2: AsIO and AI Suite 
Either im blind or its hidden somewhere. Maybe the rename of the Overdrive helped. Im gonna play a bit now :)
EDIT: I've found the AsIOUnins.exe. Located at C\program files\ASUS\AsIO.(the Asus folder was hidden) I tried to run it as administrator. Didnt worked. So i just deleted it since i couldnt find any other ASUS folders and/or files.
