Lately I've been having trouble with window updates so I found this site and ran through the basic steps that were posted for repairing windows updates and currently I'm in step 4 or 5 which requires you to run a SFCfix which was created by niemiro (Thanks btw) and I did the scan and got this back.

SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2018-04-14 21:25:14.596
Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 - amd64
