I have Norton Utilities 16 that I run manually and Norton 360 that has firewall and antivirus on auto. I have this for more than 6 years with no interference with cleanmgr. The only off routine I did this year was to run Norton Defrag on ny system drive and on my programs and memory cache drive.
Fix log and CBS and Deepclean logs attached as cleanmgr failed.
