Windows 10 home 64 Bit failure to upload errors 0x800703f1

Hello all,

New to PCs and the innerworkings of them, I am not an IT aficionado. But I cannot update my system, I keep getting errors 0x800703f1. I also cannot download any drivers when a new peripheral is connected to the PC.

I am running an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with win10 home 64 bit. Attached are the required logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
