Windows 10 Update Error (0x800703e6)

Hi, I've seen this common update error everywhere but I haven't been able to find a proper way to solve it. My windows wont update and I received the error 0x800703e6.
My windows: Windows 10 Home 20H2 19042.1052

Ive tried to run sfc /scannow and receive the "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." error.

Ive tried to run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and receive this error:

Version: 10.0.19041.844

Image Version: 10.0.19042.1052


Error: 998

Invalid access to memory location.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Is there any way to fix this issue. Thanks!
