I am trying to update from 1909 to the latest version using update assistant. The installation process (blue screen) got stuck at 37% for over two hours.
I tried again and it worked. However now I don't have icons on the taskbar, device manager and task manager do not work. In safe mode they work. Sfc scannow does not see any problems from safe mode
