Hello,

I am having problems updating Windows 10.
The update log shows errors 0x80073712, 0x800703f1

I have tried to use Windows Update, using msu file, and upgrade to Win 11.
All failed.

I have run sfc /scannow with no error.
I have run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth with no error.

I have run Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup with error: 1009, The configuration registry database is corrupt.

I have run SFCFix, but it stuck on "Checking store directories..."

My OS is Win 10 Home 22H2 19045.3996

Please help, thanks.

Welcome to Sysnative Forums!

If you haven't already, please review the posting instructions here, and attach the requested log files. Without log files, our helpers will not be able to assist, and this will slow down fixing your machine.

If logs have been already been provided, our team of volunteers will analyse the provided log files to build a fix for your system. Please be aware that this may take several days from your initial post, due to the high volume of threads that we receive.
