Windows 10 x64 19045.4894

C:\Windows\servicing\Packages folder is missing. And DISM scan fails with 0x800f081f "The source files could not be found." How can I restore it?

If that entire folder is missing then the best option would be to do a clean install or possibly an in-place upgrade. This will do too tedious and risky to do manually in my opinion.
