Windows 11 dont want to Update anymore

Hello,
I came across this forum in the hope that someone might be able to help me.
I am having trouble recently to install latest Updates on my PC, while it worked fine back then.
Following did it tried already:
- Inplace Reinstall
- SFC Scan says clean
- DISM Scan didnt found anything
After running the sfcfix program, I am attaching the log files here.

I have been searching on the web for fixes but none have worked so far, and I am currently some clueless what I can do more than fully reinstall my Windows and risking my whole Files and Programms to backup

Would be nice if someone can help me with this as this seems to be a helpful forum.
