[SOLVED] windows 11 updates download errors

I installed the NetFlix app without any issues with (dosvc) disabled from the MS store.
 
With download mode 0 (HTTP only) Windows Update is still working, but not able to download from other PC's. So one of the other policies might be conflicting in your case, in particular this one.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate: Ograniczenia <==== UWAGA
 
I dont think so because i was able to replicate problem on my out of domain VM . I will check IT again on VM and then paste here configuration
