Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) Install error - 0x800700c1

Stops at 73% and then fails SFC scan says Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

This is all a new area for me as is this site. Im doing my best to follow the guides on what and how to post.

any help is greatly appreciated
