[SOLVED] Windows 11, version 24H2 - 0x80248007; NET Framework 3.5 и 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 x64 (KB5049624) - 0x800700c1

I haven't been able to update windows properly for a very long time. Windows 11, version 24H2 is not installed, error 0x800700c1 occurs. January 14, 2025-KB5049624 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 and Windows 11, version 23H2 - install error 0x800700c1. I tried different options to solve this problem that I could find on the internet.
  • CMD scripts
  • Driver updates
  • Factory reset with & without saving personal information
  • Re-Downloading Windows ISO from USB and from computer disk
  • Windows Media Tool
  • Windows Update Assistant
  • Windows Troubleshooter

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

The recovery was 100% successful

I tried to install the update:
NET Framework 3.5 и 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 x64 (KB5049624) -
Installed successfully!

Now I'm trying to install the update
Windows 11, version 24H2
