Windows 2022 error installing KB5051979 (0x800f081f)

Hello, I have a problem for a very long time with installing cumulative updates on Windows server 2022. Again, unable to install 2025-02.

It shows error 0x800f081f.
I'm attaching CBS.log and ComponentsScanner.txt files.
I've tried sfc fix and dism multiple times.

Can you please help me?
