Your Corsair SSD is an older design and does not have a good reputation: Corsair Force CSSD-F80GB2-BRKT-A Solid State Drive - Newegg.com (53% 1* rated!).

I would save all valuable data to another drive and buy a new SSD and reinstall Windows; my choices for a reliable SSD brand would be between Intel, Crucial, Samsung and perhaps Plextor; 128 - 256GO is usually enough in a multi-drive system, bigger is usually faster.
