Have you rebooted since you ran the command? If you haven't, please do so. If you have, do it again. Ensure to go Start --> Restart.
The reason I ask, the two latest events logged are:

If another reboot does not solve it, I'd like you to try a clean boot please: How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista and see if that solves anything
