windows 7 update failuew with SFC /scannow found corrupt files but was unable to fix

Hi,

I tried to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB976932) and it gives me error code 8024200D (windows professional).

SFC /scannow found corrupt files but was unable to fix all of them, I already replaced the files (C_28593.NLS , netiougc.exe , HTTP-DL.man), but still had few errors.

please CBS file in the attachment, also output of SFC / scannow ended up with the below errors:

In addition to the corrupt file you listed:

netiougc.exe;WOW64;6.1.7600.16385

The manifests are from a French language pack of Windows 7 RTM, and I am currently installing that on my Virtual Machine. I will post a fix as soon as I get the files!

Thanks tom for the reply, is there a way to disable this feature? since I never use french language in reading nor writing.
