Thank you for your advice, but I'm not sure to do a right backup (I never do a system backup of a PC) of all data. I think about what is a good solution for me (new PC or try a backup of data = this is a time-consuming
process).
On my actual PC I have another problem, the scanner of the Epson Stylus Office BX305F not work. I've tried to unistall the printer, download the last driver, but the result is the same.
