Dear All,
I stumbled upon the problem with virtual Windows Server 2016 STD, I cannot do in-place upgrade to 2019 or 2022 server: the systems doesn't offer me to save my files, only clean install.
I tried to make "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" and got famous 0x800f081f error.
Next I checked CBS.log and saw 87 CBS Manifest Corruptions. Next I started SFCFix as admin (without scripts) and program just crashes after start of process.
Please help to solve this.
I attach dism.log and cbs.log.
