Windows Server 2019 - Cumulative Updates failing - Error 0x800f0986

Hi All,

I Hope you guys can help. I've a 2019 server failing to update with an Error 0x800f0986 and not been able to update since July. Running SFC scan reports no errors, but DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and /RestoreHealth, but both lockup at 100% and never actually completes.

I did try to install the updates manually, first from October, and secondly from July. Reading the CBS.log after July Patch attempt it seems to point to a hash mismatch with iaspolcy.dll.

The component scanner came back clean and attached to this Post along with the CBS logs. Beware, the CBS logs are full of Appl:Forcing GE on revision on parent Info alerts so a little hard to scroll through
