Windows Server 2019 - Error 0x800703f1

Hi,
I have the error 0x800703f1 when I try to install update on my Windows 2019 Server.
I try this method Redirecting but no success. Please find attach ComponentsScanner.txt, CBS.zip and DRIVERS.zip file.
Can you help me ?
