Windows Server 2022 - Failing to install KB5055526 - (0x8007000d)

Hello Sysnative Experts,

I have 3 windows server2022 virtual machines completely failing to install KB5055526 (April 2025 CU). Last month's updates were fine on all three machines. Not sure what is wrong with this KB.
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth - no errors
sfc /scannow - no corruption
reset windows updates components - no help either
Manual install - no luck either

All give the same error - "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)"

Tearing my hair out after 3 days :)
Please assist.

I forgot to mention that the error begins with:

"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070005)"

Then if hit Retry i get "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)"
