Windows Server 2022 - January CU - 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

Hello and Happy New Year.

With the first release of updates of the year, one of my 2022 server is unable to install the CU this month. I'm hoping to get some help from the experts here at Sysnative.

Please find my CBS.log, and Components Scanner files attached.

I think I need this file? Microsoft-Windows-IdentityServer-STS-Core-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.20348.1970.IdentityServer-SecurityTokenService

Not sure where I would get it or where I would put it. I'm trying to understand these logs.
