Windows server 2022 - Refuses to install ANY updates

Hello,

Windows update says "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)
This, as I've come to find out, is a very common error code with numerous possible fixes, all of which I think I've tried already.
If anyone can help out on this I'd really appreciate it.

CBS log file is attached. I ran the component scanner and it came back clean.
