Windows Server 2022 Standard - Version 21H2 - 20348.350

I am attempting to try and install windows updates on a 2022 standard server. It attempts to install but never finishes successfully. I have tried all the standard DISM / SFC /Scannow but nothing comes back as far as errors. I believe this is an older server and hasn't been patched for awhile. Please help! Let me know if there is anything else you need from me.
