Windows Server 2025, problem with DISM and SFC

Hello!
I am having problems with SFC and DISM. The operating system is Windows Server 2025, and I've read half of the internet but haven't found an answer or help. I hope I can here : )
I downloaded and tried to run latest SFCFix but with no success (it crashes immediately).

I am attaching the log from CBS.

I would be extremely grateful for any tips or help in fixing the problem.

Hi!
Unfortunately, due to a system malfunction, I can't run third-party application services and basic actions such as deleting or installing applications take a very long time.
The system is a VM on HyperV. Hardware is fine and there are no viruses.
I am attaching any new logs just to be sure.
