windows update errors (0x800700b7)

A few days ago I noticed a nwes that win11 24h2 supported WIFI7 802.11be. And then I go to uump to get the newest 24h2 iamage and I seccessfully updated to the version. But It's a lot bugs winthin it ,such as I can open steam and several application works imnomorly.
And I tried to enable 802.11be but I failed in the end(my wifi adapter is Intel BE200 with the newest drivers). At this time I decided to bring a rollback and I secceed. But something may went wrong here. First I noticed I couldn't aplly any update I tried to fix it but I also failed. Then I tried to reinstall with a clean Image ,but it end with an error code (0x8000700B7 - 0x1000A).
And now I confirmed I can't apply any windows update or setup any image keep all my data. I hope my laptop can works normarlly, thanks
