Windows update failing, cannot restart the update to try and install

0x80248007 for a realtek 6.0.9597.1 driver update. Tried sfc, dism restorehealth, clearing the windows folders softwaredistribution, catroot2 to .old, appmgmt to .old, reboot, value is still stuck and option to update greyed out.
