Windows Update failing, SFC and DISM failing

Hello everyone,

Thank you in advance to everyone trying to help me. I'm using Windows Server 2025, and following a problem with Macrium Reflect, I uninstalled it properly with Revo Uninstaller. Then, I properly deleted everything related to Macrium Reflect in Regedit. When I restarted the server, I got a blue screen. I restored the backup of the SAM, SECURITY, SOFTWARE, and SYSTEM files with CMD in the Recovery Console. The server restarted, but since then, when I run sfc /scannow, I get the message "Windows Resource Protection failed to start the repair service." When I run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, I get the message "The component store is beyond repair. The operation was successful." And when I do Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:c:\sources\install.wim:2 /LimitAccess I get the message "Error: 0x80040154", I can no longer update.
I'm attaching my cbs.log
If anyone on the forum can help me, I would be very happy and sorry if my words are not always clear, but I use a French/English translator.

Hi @Muriel06,

Welcome to Sysnative Forums!

If you haven't already, please review the posting instructions here, and attach the requested log files. Without log files, our helpers will not be able to assist, and this will slow down fixing your machine.

If logs have been already been provided, our team of volunteers will analyse the provided log files to build a fix for your system. Please be aware that this may take several days from your initial post, due to the high volume of threads that we receive.

As requested in the welcome message, here is the ComponentsScanner.txt file for the CBS.zip folder. It is too large. Please tell me how I can send it. Hoping for a reply, thanks for your help.

When unzipping the SFCFix.zip folder, it did not create the SFCFix.txt file at the end. Here are the screenshots when the deployment is stuck at 62.3% and then the error as before. I am attaching the DISM.zip folder and the CBS.zip link.
