Windows update Install error - 0x800703f1

Hello,

I am receiving the following two errors when trying to install the latest windows updates.

1. 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5048162)
- Install error - 0x800703f1

2. 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5046740)
- Install error - 0x800703f1

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
