Windows Update is a Mess(currently running W10 on desktop)

I have been trying to update from W10 to Windows 11. I had Windows 11 at one point but somehow it reverted back to 10. I have tried troubleshooter(all of them cannot troubleshoot for some reason) I have tried both W10 and W11 installation media AND installation assistant, to no avail. I even tried performing a clean reset with both options(save/delete files) when it updates it says something went wrong while resetting pc. I will attach files
