WS 2022 Datacenter: Hotpatch KB5046698 - installs and reappears

Above Hotfix is installed without any problems and shown as installed update, in the UI and via wmic qfe list:

November 12, 2024—Hotpatch KB5046698 (OS Build 20348.2819)​

Then it keeps reappearing when searching for updates and keeps reinstalling.

The affected machines are all Win Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition - same behavior on all machines, none of them has any errors, trouble with installing updates etc.

Anyone?
